Consent and service messages
Promotional email, SMS or calls require prior consent unless a legal exception applies. Consent is not a condition of buying or requesting information. Order, delivery, security, invoicing and support messages are separate from marketing.
Consent and opt-out records are submitted to Turkey's Message Management System (İYS) where applicable. Withdraw free of charge through the message method, İYS or the email address on the Contact page. Promotional messages stop within the statutory period.
