Your personal data may be processed by the company identified at the end of this page as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data and purposes
Depending on your interaction, we may process identity and contact details, product enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery and after-sales records, invoices, transaction and security logs. Data is used to respond to requests, perform contracts, plan production and delivery, meet legal obligations, protect legal rights, secure the service and improve quality.
Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, or legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Processing that legally requires consent is based on consent and remains separate from other legal grounds.
Recipients, retention and rights
Data may be shared only as necessary with technical service providers, logistics and installation teams, accounting and e-document providers, payment providers, professional advisers and authorised public bodies. International transfers, if any, follow current KVKK safeguards. Data is retained for statutory periods and only as long as necessary, then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
You may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 KVKK. Follow the Data Subject Requests page. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest, subject to the official fee tariff where applicable.
