Planning and access
Delivery area, estimated timing, fees and installation scope are specified in the quotation or order form. Customers should check doors, corridors, stairs, lifts and placement dimensions and disclose unusual access before ordering.
Unless the consumer independently appoints the carrier, the seller remains responsible until delivery. Inspect products where possible and record visible damage or shortages. These steps do not remove statutory defective-goods rights. Installation includes only expressly agreed work.
